"Felt totally left in the dark about my order"
My package took way longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking didn’t help at all. It barely updated, so I had no idea where my order was or when it was actually going to show up. The whole thing was frustrating because I felt completely left in the dark until it finally arrived.

"The item looked legit to me..."
The item looked legit to me, and the tags and packaging all seemed right. The quality felt close to what I’d expect from the real thing. Shipping was okay, just a little slower than I hoped. I gave it 4 stars because I still ended up double-checking a few details myself. A friend actually recommended this to me, so I felt a bit more comfortable ordering.

"Exchange was easy enough, umm just a little slow"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size from survivalmiami.com, so I had to send it back for an exchange. Umm, the instructions were clear, and support got back to me the next day, which I appreciated.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the exchange took a bit longer than I expected. Not a big deal overall though, the replacement showed up fine and everything worked out.

"Pretty pricey for what it is"
I took a look at Survival Miami and tbh the prices just felt kinda high for what you’re actually getting. A lot of the items looked like stuff I could probaly find cheaper somewhere else. Maybe it makes sense for some people, but for me it just didn’t really feel worth the money.

"I expected to hear back from support within..."
I expected to hear back from support within a reasonable amount of time, but it took way longer than I thought it would. The wait was frustrating, especially since I was hoping for a quicker response
